Due to the nature of our business, processing times are increased for custom items and bulk orders.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages once marked as delivered. We will help you contact the carrier for investigations, but replacements are at their discretion.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which permits you to request a return up to 7 days after receiving your item. To qualify a return, the item must be its original condition.
